The modern lifestyle promotes a poor sense of stability through the structure of your body. When you get dressed in the morning, if you are wearing pants, you put them on one at a time. The leg you stand on is the stronger leg - most people would say - the other leg is more coordinated. Address the sense that your leg muscles feel as if they might give out or your hip feels as if it doesn't support you. What if it's not actually muscle weakness? What if that's a myth? What if it's a matter of HOW your organize yourself over your leg? 

The word understanding indicates a bodily connection to being upright. This process improves how we bring ourselves into relationship with the environment which forms our experiences and conceptions of the world. This class is an active, sensory-motor process that clarifies how to move forward with power from a grounded space that amplifies action-potentialities.
